Cultural Diversity, Development Way Diversity

God create us with the cultural diversity. It’s make our life beautiful and bright. Important to remember that although our culture was different each other, there aren’t the best or the worst culture, our culture has the same dignity, all culture was the best. Why? Because the diversity is created by our God. Things that inflict the culture is how we exploit it, how much we has knowledge about it. If we studied the culture well and we can exploit it, the culture will more important for us.
Naturally, the culture accrues during the increasing of the population. They furcated through the population increase. And human shoals with the cultural diversity. And the group called race, tribe, or ethnic. Each group has different culture that shows their uniqueness, and their identity. But the cultural diversity isn’t to difference us, but to make us supporting each other.
From the description above, we know that cultural diversity is the diversity of human society and their culture in a certain place or in the world. Human spread entire the world and adapted in the new place and condition and it’s make people in a place different with the people in other place. People which separated by the place will bring up some differences.
The culture was important for people entire the world. It’s a vital thing for our life continue. As we can see, people won’t onwards if the culture don’t developed. Currently our culture development is decreasing. Whereas, culture was the activator of social development. Education for example. Culture and education can’t be separated.
There’re some reason why does culture and education can’t be separated. First, culture was the character framer of the younger. It means that if we can develop the culture well, we’ll perfect the younger character and it means we’ll support the education. Why? We know that the main object of the education is student, and mostly student is younger, right?
Second, culture is was the habit framer. It means that if we can develop the culture well, we’ll make many good habit in the society included the student, and it’s certainly support the education.
Third, if culture can frame the social life, it must be frame the school life. It means if we can develop the culture well, we’ll make the school life better. Once again, we’ll support the education.
It’s not questionable again, culture will make the education development better, they’ll make the qualified young generation. Need a proof?
United states for example. They has a culture to make and use sophisticated technology. Lets we see their school. In transportation, every school has many school buses there. And in the class, they use many technologies like computer, laptop, projector, etc. so the lesson can learned more easy. And look at the students too, many of them can make many technologies them self. It’s make they’re advanced.
We can see Japan too. They has a culture to have a high discipline. They’re very discipline with the time. In the school, almost no student come late there. It’s make the study activities more effective. It’s make they’re advanced.
Look at two countries above, they has advanced education, but they has different way to develop it. It means that the cultural diversity means the difference way to develop they nation. So what’s our way to develop our nation? Yes, that is our culture. We must develop and utilize it. So lets we learn our culture!
