Barriers to Be an Entrepreneur

One of the biggest obstacles to becoming an entrepreneur is overcoming ego. What I mean by ego here is a sense of arrogance, nobility, height, or the like. I am still looking for a more appropriate word. Examples like this, for example, a college graduate with a degree S2 embarrassed if selling meatball noodles at the roadside. I graduated from college it! So about extreme.

That is why college graduates are often difficult to be invited to become an entrepreneur. I've already bother to school, had to pay expensive, why only become entrepreneurs? "Only"? Well that's it. Though becoming an entrepreneur can be a solution to the problem of economic (and social) in our country.

How to overcome this ego? Or at least reduce this shame? The short answer is "just do it". Directly done alone. If you swim, jump directly to the pool. he he he. Of course there are ways in which the risk of failure is minimal. For example, if you want to jump into the pool, so at least be able to float lah. Do not rock style. hi hi hi. Alternatively, there is a pool guard who can help when we are sinking.,

Actually, there are exercises that can be done to reduce the ego. One example is to try with a small thing. Take an example like this. Buy bean wrap (or candy, tissue paper, or anything that easily bought and undamaged). Then you try to sell it at fairs, events, or to a friend. The price is made equal to the purchase price. The goal is not for profit but to try if you want to do. Just "want" it. That's it. Such exercises can be done to reduce the sense of ego.

Hopefully more and more young people are successful entrepreneurs in Indonesia.
